The Journey
My Luggage Life was born out of my deep passion for travel, culture, and human connection. Currently, I’m fortunate to work as cabin crew, allowing me to seamlessly blend work and travel. However, my desire to explore the world started long before I took to the skies.
As a child, I was privileged to have been brought on many unforgettable family holidays. In my teens, I ventured on numerous trips with friends, reveling in the freedom and fun that new countries offered. However, it was during the COVID-19 era that my true desire to explore was ignited, thanks to the captivating world of social media.

After completing my Psychology degree, I had no intention of settling into a traditional field. Then, fate intervened when I came across an ad for the airline I now work for. What started as a joke turned into a whirlwind adventure, taking me to 39 countries and counting.
Obviously, traveling as a full-time job has provided me with insanely cool opportunities, and I really do feel like ‘that friend on a Tuesday morning’ when I’m posting from a jungle in the Philippines, on a horse-back safari in Africa, or overlooking Cape Town in a cable-car. I have had some of the coolest and most fun experiences of my life in the last few years. You never know what each adventure will entail, who you’ll meet, or where you’ll end up. And I don’t take any of that for granted, I am grateful for every minute of it.
Beyond The
While traveling full-time offers incredible opportunities and awe-inspiring moments, it’s the spaces in between that hold the most profound impact. Through travel, you gain unique insights into the world and its people, offering a front-row view that only exploration can provide.
I have a tendency to always want to execute a purpose or practical meaning to anything I do. I wasn’t content with going on all of these adventures and not applying some sort of rhyme nor reason to the photos I was taking and memories I was harvesting. (Plus, my phone storage was filling up drastically so that gave me another incentive to compile all of my content together). So I decided to start up a travel blog, born on Instagram and now being brought up into the world wide web. I’m excited to share more of my adventures in greater detail on this, with the intention of providing you with inspiration for your next trip along with practical guidelines to simplify travel and make it accessible to all.
A huge thank you to Caoimhe and the work that went into planning our 6 week trip around Bali! As two very indecisive people it was the perfect layout we needed.. it saved many arguments and meltdowns! From the beginning filling out the questionnaire with our interests and goals for Bali. The information was insane from accommodation recommendations to tips and tricks around the area. We also had a guided google maps to get from A to B if needed, along with food recommendations. Any questions we had before and during our trip Caoimhe was there to help. Every need was met if we wanted to budget or go fancy for a night or two. Can not recommend enough!!
I would like to thank Caoimhe for planning our 4 week trip around Bali. She had something planned for morning, afternoon and evening of every day. This really helped as us, as a couple we are indecisive people and it made the trip run very smoothly. The accommodation recommendations were extremely helpful and Caoimhe gives options for budget, mid range and luxury for whatever you are in the mood for. She also throws in a sneaky resort and retreat day to break up the trip a bit. I would highly recommend this as it resets you to go again. I cant recommend this service enough!! If we plan to travel again we will be sure to use Caoimhe.
I have just returned from a week's stay in Dubai. I rarely write reviews abou anything, but felt I needed to regarding the travel service provided by Caoimhe. To say the service provided by Caoimhe exceeded expectations would be an under statement. She handled our entire trip from flights ( I found it very easy the way she give me all the information for to book our flights ) to car rental, to hotel, to shows. She also found different fun excursions , like quad biking in the desert, to crazy golf, we could do while we were there. It was so nice to pass that responsibility to somebody as competent, caring, knowledgeable and personable as Caoimhe. She pays attention to every detail and knows the business extremely well. She answered me in a very fast timely manner, with all my questions and concerns I had, and made all the preparation for our travel needs easy. I felt reassured that all was taken care of. The trip was incredible, and thanks to Caoimhe, she managed to create the best holiday ever for us. Thank you so much for making this an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend that you talk to Caoimhe before booking any trip.
